Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, venmo, or zelle at time of service.
Circumstances may arise that prevent you from keeping an appointment. While 48 hours notice is preferred, at least 24 hours notice is required for a cancellation. This allows other clients that are waiting for a cancellation to be notified. Cancellations without at least 48 hours notice will incur a fee of half of the amount of the scheduled service, while cancellations without at least 24 hours notice will incur a fee of the full amount of the scheduled service.
Please note that there is an additional travel fee for areas beyond regular service area.
